		<description>Thanks Mitch. The Fed has done what they can do, but lenders aren&#039;t controlled by the government (hmmm, not yet that is) so they have no one forcing them to make loans. We&#039;ve said it before, we&#039;ll say it again, &quot;why hasn&#039;t Washington reached out to Mortgage Insurers?&quot; Wouldn&#039;t a lot more borrowers be able to get approval if they had MI since coming up with 20% is pretty difficult these days?
